Terms of Service

We provide the service you choose on the schedule we agree with you, on your scoop day.

Prices are as quoted, plus tax.

You can cancel anytime by calling or texting (832) 291-3112.

The free first weekly visit needs a 4-week signup for weekly service.

Please keep gates closed and pets secured. We close and latch gates behind us, but we aren't responsible for gates opened by others, broken latches, or pets that get out.

If a dog is loose and unsafe or we can't reach the yard, we may skip that visit and still charge for it.

Visits missed because of severe weather are moved to the next safe day.

Initial and One-Time Cleanups cover up to 1 hour, and bigger jobs are quoted first. All waste is bagged and hauled away.

If you cancel during the first 4 weeks, the free first visit is billed at the regular rate.

Payment is due as agreed when you sign up. These terms follow Texas law.
