One-Time Dog Poop Cleanup

A one-time dog poop cleanup clears a yard in a single visit, no plan needed. It's for the yard that got away from you over a busy month, a rental you're moving out of, or a backyard you want guest-ready for the weekend.

When a one-time cleanup makes sense

Before a get-together

Birthday parties, cookouts and family visits go better when nobody steps in anything.

Moving out or listing

Landlords and buyers notice the yard. A deep clean before the walkthrough helps.

After a long gap

New baby, long trip, a wet spring: it happens. We start from wherever the yard is.

How the price is set

$65

Plus tax, for up to 1 hour. Bigger cleanups quoted on request.

One-Time Cleanup: $65 plus tax for up to 1 hour, bigger cleanups quoted on request. That's the same price as our Initial Cleanup. It's a one-time clear-out for a yard that hasn't been picked up in a while. We confirm the price by text before we come, based on a few photos and your answers.

If you want to keep the yard clean afterward, the weekly dog poop pickup service picks up from there. All numbers are on the prices page.

What we do on the visit

  1. Walk the yard

We grid the whole yard, including spots under decks and along the fence.

  2. Pick up and bag

Every pile is picked up, including old ones that have dried out in the grass.

  3. Optional deodorizer

Add the yard deodorizer for patios and runs.

Before and after: your one-time cleanup visit

  • Step 1

    Before the visit

Tell us how many dogs use the yard, roughly when it was last cleaned, and how big the area is. A couple of photos help. We confirm the price and a time window by text before we schedule the cleanup.

  • Step 2

    On the day

We need the gate unlocked or a gate code, and dogs kept inside. A one-time cleanup on a backed-up yard takes longer than a weekly visit, because old waste is spread out, dried into the grass or hidden under leaves. We work the area in a grid so every section is checked, including along the fence, under the deck and behind the shed.

  • Step 3

    After the visit

We latch the gate, text you when the cleanup is done and note anything we saw, like a dug-out spot under the fence. If you want the yard to stay that way, you can move to a weekly plan. If not, nothing else is booked.

How a one-time cleanup is priced

A One-Time Cleanup is $65 plus tax for up to 1 hour, bigger cleanups quoted on request. Before we come, we ask a few questions so we know what the yard needs:

  • Time since the last cleanup

A yard skipped for two weeks is a short job; one left all winter takes much longer.

  • Number of dogs

More dogs means more waste in the same area.

  • Yard size and layout

Lots over a quarter acre, side yards and fenced runs add time.

  • Ground cover

Tall grass, leaves, gravel and mulch beds all slow the search.

The cleanup covers the whole area your dogs use: every pile picked up, bagged and tied off, and the gate latched when we leave.

Getting the most out of a one-time cleanup

  1. Mow after, not before. Tall grass hides waste, but mowing over it spreads it around. Have the cleanup first, then mow.

  2. Point out the busy spots. Tell us where the dogs go most, so those areas get extra attention.

  3. Clear toys and hoses. Anything lying in the grass can hide waste we'd otherwise pick up.

  4. Time it a day or two ahead. Schedule the cleanup shortly before guests arrive or a move-out walkthrough, so the yard is fresh on the day.

  5. Plan for rain. After months of buildup, a heavy rain can uncover a few more piles. Ask about a quick follow-up visit a week later.

One-time cleanup questions

Another question? Call or text us.

Can you schedule a cleanup on a weekend?

Tell us your preferred day and we'll say honestly whether it works.

Does a one-time cleanup cost more than a weekly visit?

Usually, yes. A One-Time Cleanup is $65 plus tax for up to 1 hour, bigger cleanups quoted on request. That's the same as our Initial Cleanup. It costs more because there is more waste to remove. We confirm the price by text before we come.

How long does a one-time cleanup take?

It depends on the yard. A small yard with one dog can be quick; a large backed-up yard takes longer. We give you a time window by text.

Do I need a plan afterward?

No. One-time means one time. Many people do switch to a recurring plan once the yard is clean, but it's up to you.

Can you clean a rental before move-out?

Yes, as long as we have permission to enter the yard on the day.
